Would getting married while he/she is incarcerated help them stay in the country?

My fiance is in Mira Loma in Lancaster,CA. We wanted to get married but I was wondering if it would help? Even a tad bit? We have a 20 mnth old son together? This is his 2nd time bein detained by immigration. Wats da possibility he'll stay?
