Default Idaho Visitation ISCI

I was denied visitation because of a 10 year old felony from Washington state, is there anything i can do?? Please Help!

Depending on your relation and the conviction you may be able to write an appeal letter to the warden. Thats where I would start first.

i cant even go visit him while he is in ISCI not until he gets to NICI

Default Denied Visitation

Yes, you can start by requesting your criminal record at the Idaho State Police Department in Meridian, Idaho. The cost is about $10. If the felony was taken care of, fines paid, etc. they should show up on your record as "dismissed" or something to that effect. You can then present this "disposition" to the visitation officer at the prison. If she still denies your visits you can request a meeting with the Warden. If you need more info let me know and I'll do some calling for you. good luck.
