Default Rollercoaster of emotions

Some days you're good, some days ya just not feeling like dealing with whatever crap going on in life. I've learned though that my attitude does make a difference. True some days are difficult, but underneath it all we have a strong resilience! People often tell me to "hope for best but prepare for the worst", and often times people have replaced "prepare" with "expect"!
It's not like I'm not realistic about the worst case outcome, but I refuse to accept that possiblity. When I "hope" its mean fully expecting! Hope isn't an "empty feel good word to me". Real hope is keeping the faith and waiting fully expecting that God will not put you to shame because we put our hope in Him!
We have resilience and full fledge hope! We all have a waiting expectancy for our love ones to come home.
There's only one outcome for me and only one expecantcy for me: My baby is going to come home! Come hell or high water. I expect nothing less. Yet like everyone I take it one day at a time. I find when I don't focus on "time" I rarely notice it passing! So I encourage all you to live for today and enjoy it in whatever circumstances going on in your life. Celebrate the good things happening.
It can't rain forever the sun has to come out eventually! Stay encourage!

I've absolutely been reminded of "living for today" this week. When you have a young family member dying before her time its hard to comprehend... but at the same time, I've come to the same realisation as you Today is here and now and tomorrow is not guaranteed, so absolutely appreciate today. I think hope and God sometimes meet half way...
