My guy is in Lorain... He's been there for abot 8 days now and still hasn,t been able to call anyone Im going nuts

It takes about a week or so for the new inmates in reception (LorCI) to be able to have phone access. Then it is very limited. My son was only able to call Early Sat Mornings, Monday mornings, and Weds evenings. Also, You Must call Global Tel Link directly to set up your account if he will be calling you on a cell phone. If you use a cell you have to send them a copy of the bill in your name before they authorize anything.

Be patient and he will call soon.

My boyfriend will be in there soon I just hope he does okay , I think I am more scared for him because he has never been to prison . I have never been through this so I don't know what to expect, and I was even looking at their application for visitation and it asks if I was ever a victim of him and i have so hopefully that doesn't mean I can't come visit him, I would be devestated.

my huband just got shipped out to lorain yesterday not sure where hes going but i have a 3 month old daughter so pray for us that it is r.i.c.i so he is close to home!!!!!!

If it's not close to home, he can file for a hardship case to be moved closer to home.
