a little bit confused over a complicated situation

rI met my boyfriend almost 2 years ago.we hit it off instantly but he had 2 leave shortly after we met so he cud finish school.he was only gone 4 about 2 months n he was back.he bought drugs in front of my house his first day home n lied 2 me about it so i broke it off between us.a few weeks went by n he won his place back in my heart again...we were together everyday 4 three months n then one nite got into a bad fight n we broke up again the next day he started seeing this new girl n acted like i didnt even exsist..a week or 2 passes of him not talking 2 me n i went 2 ask a mutual friend what was going on.he told me that jay had a girlfriend but had been arrested earlier that day.months went by without me knowing about anything that was going on with him.during that time i met another guy.this guy made me laugh and i was always happy whenever i was with him.unfortunately it was short because he found out his x was pregnant n he got back with her.we stayed friends but there r feelings there.shud i tell my bf
