New Hampshire Habeus Corpus

Can anyone help me find any information on a writ or federal habeus copus in New Hampshire?
My son is serving a 10-20 in Concord. He has filed all his appeals through the system and been denied. He is now at the point where he needs to file a habeus corpus. He has asked me to get him the information and paper work for this, and I can't find any on New Hampshire...why???
Please.....can anyone guide me. Any help would be more than greatly appreciated!!!
