2 questions US MINT GREENS address

Hi my son is in a Alaskan Prison, and he has asked me to find out 2 things and I dont know where to find the answer maybe one of you can help> He wants the address of "US MINT GREEN" Its where he can order a College English Composition text book. Secondly he wants a female pen pal to write. Apparently Alaska alows them to write other prisons within Alaska. Does anyone have ny ideas or answers? Prison talk has advertised about US Mint Green, who do I ask? Thank-you everyone Ive read some of your posts it helps thank-you
