Father's Day for our Incarcerated Men

So it's hard enough to be in prison, but when those holidays and special days in our families' lives come up, it's especially difficult for them; Father's Day being in the top 5, I'm sure. How are you ladies making it known to him that this is still his special day? Surprise visit from you/his children?
I always try and send him something very heartfelt and special. This year it's a customized photo book. I am so excited! He should've received it yesterday and I just can't wait to hear what he thinks of it. I also subscribed him (finally) to his favorite magazine, sent him a card from me and card from our children. I was going to surprise him and drive the 7 hours to see him, but that's still not a sealed deal due to his new unit giving me trouble with contact visits. That sucks because I've had it planned for a while.
I'd love to hear from the rest of you, as well.
