Question "ban list" of music CD titles

I'm looking for a list of CD titles banned from being sent in to inmates in Ohio(and why they are banned.) I've heard Jimi Hendrix is altogether banned because of the 'Hey Joe' lyrical content ( the "I'm goin' to shoot my old lady" reference...understandable in some cases.) But I heard also because of 'Manic Depression' and 'Wind Cries Mary' lyrics. I can't figure that one out. I can almost see Pantera's 'Cowboys From Hell' or 'Vulgar Display of Power' being denied, and any Slayer music is obvious. But where is the line drawn on what is unexceptable listening material in a prison environment? I have a good friend and fellow music lover doing time in Richland, so I'm interested in a complete CD "ban list" if anyone has access to one.
