Question Questions about work relese

I have a question about visiting work relese. my man is currently at WSP and is gonna be going to work relese in the next few months. my questions is am i going to be allowed to visit him when he goes to work relese? i was convicted of a felony last year and they have allowed me to see him thus far. they told me because i was convicted under the first time offender program and have been doing well they were not gonna take my visits away from the WSP but i have heard that work relese has diffrent visiting guidlines and was wondering if anyone knew what they were. Thanks for your help...

Spice,

I am sorry that I don't know the answer to your question. If I were a betting person, I would tell ya who I think would know... !!!!

I would call the work release program and ask. That is the best I can come up with!!!

Sorry I am not much help on this one...

I might be able to help. DO you knwo what work release he will be going to? SOmetimes they do tell you before hand so you h=can have stuff shipped and ready for when they get there. Yes you should be able to visit him. Once when he firsts gets there for about and hour I think, while you fill out the visiting app. Then YOu will have to wait and see if you get approved (about 2 weeks) then you can go in everyday and see him. And if you are of age (25) then you can sponser him out after he has been there awhile and has a job. Depends on his points you can have Him out for up to 20 hours a day dependsing on what WR it is. Also you can call them on the pay phones, bring them clothes, food, and Have outside visits again depending on what ork release it is. If you have any more questions..... feel free to ask and I will tell you what I know.

I can tell you this. Whenever he goes to work release you will have to re apply for his visiting list. Its different than the DOC form. But thats all I know sorry.

well, now that makes me wonder about my b/f...when he gets on work release, will it matter that i am only 22? i will turn 23 while he is there, BUT it's still under 25, and i know his wife will not go see him as much as i would...i know He told me that after 2 weeks he gets a 24 hour release period, and then the 20 hours a week, and then so on...
