Lesson that I will carry away from this: never talk to federal investigators without having an attorney present. If you are asked to come voluntarily just to "answer a few questions," do what Nancy Reagan advised. Just say no!

It's a shame Clemens' hubris is going to land him (probably) behind bars, cost the taxpayers money for his trial and incarceration if he's found guilty, and one of baseball's most overpowering and intimidating pitching wonders will never make it to the HOF. What a shame, he should just come clean.
