Pleaseee help!. My fiance is being held by immigration in plymouth MA, He is in the process of being deported back to brazil and we have a 4 month old baby boy. I need to find out if there is any way we can get him to stay here because of our son. I dont have the money for an immigration lawyer. and he is the love of my life. he was brought in on a warrant from a car accident and they put an ice detainer on him. pleaseeee sombody help. and is there a certain amount of days ICE can hold someone until they have to release them??
