Default Question about epa?

I hope someone can help me out. Do you have to be incarcerated in the adc for six months in order to qualify for the 90 day kickout? And does the 90 day kickout start at the end of this month or 1st of december? My husband has been in the adc for 5 months but locked up for 10 months. Can someone please help?

First off he has to see the parole board first and get approved for release. Then on the epa it depends on his T.E. date. Epa was actually voted on and approved today. But inmates probably won't be released until december 1st based on this short work week. But like i say it depends on his te date.

he needs to send a letter to mrs. cleo smith rsvp corrdinator po box 1630 malvern arkansas and tell her he wants to take rsvp. one thing, HE MUST ADMIT HE IS GUILTY OF SEXUAL OFFENDING! even if he didnt do it if he wants to take rsvp and complete the program first time thru he has to admit guilt and admit he needs treatment. i recieved a 10 year sentence and was parole board stipulated to take the program but i wouldnt admit guilt so i ended up serving 2 years more than i should have and ended up admiting guilt and shuttin g my mouth and fin ishing the program. If you have any questions about rsvp just ask me i ended up comlpetin g the program and becoming a peer mentor in the program .
