Question On Sentencing

my friend was charged with three charges, 1 felony and 2 misdemeanors. The felony was Unlawful taking of A vehicle, then the misdemeanors of receiving of stolen property and theft from a eldar dependent. after that they shafted him with a vandalism charge to. he got sentenced to 365 total for the felony unlawful taking of a vehicle, and was given 180 for one of the minor charges and another 90 days for the other one to be served concurrently in the tulare county jail. When he was originally arrested he was in jail for 14 days and since tulare county does half time he got 28 days credit. Now my question is since all his sentences are concurrent and this is his first offence, will he just serve half of the 365 days minus his 28 days of credit? or will he have to spend the whole 365 days in county because of the other concurrent days? he was under the impression that he would just serve the 6 months minus the 28 days in county.

Thanks!We thought that was how it was, but you know how it is every other person you know thinks they know better that anyone else, next thing you know they've got you believing horror stories. We were both worried about that. Also Right now in This county they are way, way, way overcrowded And on top of that one of the County correctional facilities here was shut down making it even worse! I've heard of people here only doing one-third of there county time just recently! Hope and pray for the best, my friend doesn't belong in there.
