Default Return address issues?

helloo i'm sending a letter to my boyfriend who's currently at wcci, i recently changed address but i don't want to put it on the front of the envelope because when that mail bounces around the inmates and i'm worried some psycho finds my address, then i'm screwed, i'm very paranoid, so is it okay just to put my name, city, state, and zip on the envelope and write my new address inside the letter i wrote, just to let him know that way? thanks in advance.

I'll say a tentative "yes", as long as there's enough identifying information on the outside of the envelop to suit the mail-room people, who can be a picky lot...that's something you'll have to try...or call the Werner Creek mailroom and ask them.

It's just a bit curious to me why you think your boyfriend would pass around your mail? Most people inside actually are quite protective about their mail (for the reasons you outlined) and don't share it with others...

Tell your boyfriend to destroy the envelope once he opens it. If you can't trust him to do that, then you might want to consider if that's a boyfriend you want to have.
