Visiting my girl (just got off probation) help

My girl is in Mount Pleasant Iowa's women's prison. She has been sentenced to 35yrs with a 34 month mandatory and has been gone 7 months now. We were engaged to be married before she left and decided to wait until she came home, to have a wedding with our family and friends. I have been denied visitation due to being on informal probation for driving while suspended. I will be off probation in 2 weeks, and want to reapply to visit my girl. Do I have to wait 6 months to reapply since i have been on probation and denied visitation last month? Also if we get married (which was the plan anyway) will i be able to visit her w/o waiting?? And HOW do we go about getting married while she is in there if we decide not to wait? I have a marriage license and have sent it to her for her to get signed and notarized buth where do we go from there.
I really need some answers, i miss her so much, i write twice a week and send her money every week so she can call me everyday, I even got a cell phone with the area code of her placement. But its not cutting it, i need to kiss her touch her see her. Help!
