what was it that your man has been charged for and how much time is he doing?

In the time that my boyfriend has been locked up I've done a lot of research at 1st looking up people who did the same crime as he did just in different states and its crazy how lenient most states are...
anywho that just made me start looking around at other crimes as well I noticed that the harsher punishments were always either here in fla calf or tx uuuggggh I just had to live in this damn state so I decided to extend my research to pto if this goes anything like I think it will you guys will be really surprised at how some ppl in certain states have it good

my boyfriend: fleeing and eluding he got 1yr 1 day from the state and 13 months for VOP driving without a license

He got 180 days for domestic violence and resisting arrest, but he only served 35 days. Thank God.

thats one thing that i did notice in cali a lot of people were being released do to over crowding and hadnt even served half their time... lucky and plus you guys get conjugal visits uuughhhh hating you cali folk right now lol

Burglary/no weapon/ no assault... a BS charge. How you burglarize the place you been living in for 2 months, idk! Damn ex girlfriends! He hasn't been sentenced yet but he was on parole about 6 months in when it happened.

Violation of probation on a Class C Felony of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child (before you all go EWWW it was a romeo and juliet case from high school) He got caught using a computer for the 3rd time in 2 years. He hasn't be sentenced yet so I dunno how long he's got, but the PO said 2 years and he's got 11 months time served.

My man is in for felony assault and failure to comply. He didnt hit anyone but the cops said that he pointed a loaded 9mm at a police officer and he tried to flee when the officer ordered him to stop. He admitted that he had the gun but says he didnt point it at the cop.

my boyfriend got 5 years for having kiddie porn on his comp.hes been in for 4 days so far...but he never did anything to kids he was a teacher for 33 years and never had a complaint..it was stupid and i hate that he didnt tell me.. found out by myself...by checking the internet...now hes in fort dix..and im not sure what i should do..please anyone that can give me some advice i really appericate it..thanks

J is in for possession / CS. He took it to trial and lost so ended up with a 7 1/2 year sentence (could have gotten off with rehab, fine, and probation). PED is 04/2011, PRD 11/2013, max is 12/2017. His case is currently on Appeal so we are hoping for that but if it doesnt go through then his PED is coming up. However, there were 10 mistakes found in his case so we are thinking the appeal will go through.

My man is in for Murder.. Supposedly.. He was there at the time of it from what I have heard but I know for a fact that my babe did not do it.. There were a few other men there with him and one of them did it but will not man up and let the rest go free.. Right now his bail is set at 1,000,000 and he hasn't been sentenced yet.. I'm just praying for him and asking god to let the truth come out.

ummmm wow I dont know where to start and dont really know if I should start... in all honesty hun the only advice I can give you is to move on... regaurdless if you think he hasnt done anything to a child it has to be a little disturbing to you that he'd have that stuff on his computer I feel like thats only the first step next he just might give into whateva sick twisted part of his brain that makes him wanna get off on kiddie porn and actually harm a child... I'm sorry I have a seven yr old baby sister and a lot of the ladies on here have kids as well and I think they'd prob all agree with me when I say please please please move on and start your life over with someone new if I'm wrong pto pls correct me... this is nothing against you hun but in my opinion this is not someone you should be standing by.... He's been in trouble with the law sense he was a kid for things like theift, and drug stuff but now thanks to his ex girlfriend he is serving time for rape and get this he was at work at the time. when I started writing to him he had been in sense 94 about 4 years before I wrote him. and he's not do to get out for 8-9 more years

It's hard to explain. He didn't buy the stuff, he didn't sell the stuff. The police explained it to me but i forgot how to word it. Either way, he was stupid for doing it.

Well were do I start! by baby was 16yrs old when he committed Agg Robbery they gace him 15yrs for that he went to T.Y.C. (texas youth commission) for that and served 4ys (on his 15yr sentence) he got out at age 20 and had 10 and a half years to do on papers! he violated parole by assault and went to T.D.C. he have to do 2 and a half years to reach his half point then he come up for parole! THIS STATE IS TOO DAMN STRICK! ! ! !

My guy was wrongfully accused of theft and ended up having to do time even though the evidence was pretty circumstantial. He was out on probation for a few years and was doing really well until he accidentally moved to the same neighborhood as his PO. His PO demanded that he move immediately and when he wasn't able to move fast enough, he got arrested. I live another state since I'm taking care of my dad, so I'm feeling stuck, helpless, and quite alone.

Hugs to you. My guy was a marathon texter and I really miss my phone beeping at all hours. I'm feeling the same way, too.
