Default Decorative Cards in Arkansas

When I visited Little Rock over Christmas, I found a new addition to the sale items at River Market Books and Gifts. At the counter were decorative Christmas and Valentine's day cards. A sign posted nearby informed me that the cards were made by inmates on death row in Arkansas. Does anyone have information about the programing behind these cards? Are they being made through a program in the prison or are they being produced independently by a specific inmate? Also does anyone know what the proceeds from the sale go towards?
