I do not know, but maybe you can ask your question in the Nevada general forum, this lounge is hardly used. I hope you can, let us know if you were able to!
Good luck!

As far as I know ex-felons can get a passport. They don't ask any questions on the application as far as criminal convictions.
According to http://www.americanpassport.com/Pass...4/Default.aspx the final decision is up to the agency issuing the passport. (It is the 2nd to last question)
If you are on probation you have to check with your parole/ probation officer for restrictions on leaving the country.
You might also want to check with the country that you are planning on going to, some have restrictions on ex-felons entering their country.

Good Luck

An ex felon can get a passort but you need to check with immigration requirements to the country you will visit as many of them restrict admittance of ex felons without a special vissa obtained in advance from the embassy. good luck

Sure, but you won;t get into Canada. Even if you have mere ARRESTS (no convictions) Canada won't let you in. Basically because their laws are so lax (like getting 1 year instead of 20 for drugs) they were starting to become a criminal haven so now they won't let anyone in they even suspect of being problems.
