Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Default Supreme Court Case on federal Sentencing Reform
The Supreme Court released a ruling that should please anyone who thinks America locks up too many people for far too long. The court held that the rights of a former meth dealer, Jason Pepper, were violated when a judge re-sentencing him (after the US Attorney appealed the sentence as being too lenient) did not take into account his rehabilitation following his first sentence.

something right for a change, not just another notch in someones belt. I'm wondering why some of the justices stayed out of the vote
