I'm hanging in, just, been good with the exercise, but time of the month amd waay too much wine. I had some shocking news a healthy 37yr old friend recently died in his sleep. Leaves behind two gorgeous daughters. The mum has been unable to be a part of their lives due to mental illness and I can't quite believe it

The scale yesterday wasn't bad, but tomorrow is my official weigh day. Sorry, I have been MIA, but my husband has his re-sentencing on Monday. I am nervous wreck on pins and needles all the time. I just try to make it through the day these days. I am NOT giving up on my weight loss those. I discovered Saturday that I can get a size 12 on and buttoned which I haven't worn since high school. I wouldn't wear in public yet, but it won't be long.

I can tell you that I peeked at the scale yesterday and it said 164.6 (only .6 until my goal of 30 lbs down). I will know for sure tomorrow. I will post tomorrow morning. Have a good day everyone.

Hell everyone I know ppl are busy with their life. Just wanted to give a reminder that the final weigh-in is monday morning. So may the best one win. Actually we are all winners because we are taking a step towards being healthy. Have a great day everyone!!

My official weigh-in was today, and the scale was nice to me again today. I have lost another 3.2 lbs which brings my total to 31.6 lbs total (in 6 months). I hit my mini goal of hitting the 30 lb mark this time. Now, onto my next goals of getting into the 50's which will take another 2.4 lbs, and also being in a size 12 by Easter for a new Easter dress. I have about a month to accomplish it, but I think I can do it with a little determination and will-power. Keep it up everyone!! We are all doing great.

Hey this has been a journey for all of us. Alot of us fell off and there was a few that hung on. Towards the end there was about 3 or 4. The person who lost the most weight was yarn addict with a total of 12.8lbs lost not including her ending weight.
Well only 2 ppl gave me there end weight. I want to say congrats to all those who participated.

Sorry, I didn't give you my final weigh-in either. Life was crazy that day. My husband's re-sentencing was that day which whined up not changing anything. His sentence is still the same which is 6.5 to 40 years. It was a devistating day. It has taken me over a week just to get my head on straight again.

I don't know what my starting figures were, but I weighed this past Saturday (4/2/2011). I am down to 159.2 with a total of 34.8 lbs lost in 6 months. I dropped into the next set of number (50's) which I was in high school. I know this competition is over. If anyone wants help to continue in their weight loss journey, join us on myfitnesspal.com. It is free. I will gladly give anyone my screen name to find me if interested. Keep going everyone. Everyone has started something. Don't give up!!! We all deserve a healthy lifestyle even if our men are locked up.

Congrats Yarn!!! That is fantastic. Keep it up girl.
