Default Release and Parole

Every state is different...in AZ, the DOC site has a complete record of every inmate's crime, time, release dates, supervised release dates, etc.

The AZ DOC site is updated 3 times a week and we can track all movements of an inmate.

I know someone in Coffee Creek, and originally the release date was in Dec, now it's moved to Aug. But there is no reference to parole or supervision time after release. I know she was originally going to be in for 4 years, and got just a year.

I was curious if there is a site to see when her parole status starts? Or even a site that shows convictions/sentence information for individuals.

AZ has everything online...and I have had trouble finding OR information.

Thank you.

Basic information about inmates currently in the system can be found here:

Oregon Offender Search

That basically gives you the run down of what each person in prison has been charged with, and what their projected or anticipated release date may be.

It doesn't cover post-prison supervision issues.

She would not be paroled if she was sentenced that recently. If she was in the Alternative Incarceration Program, her release date might have been moved up - and will stay that way if she successfully completes the program. Or they might have calculted in earned good time and credit for time served in changing the release date. Hard to tell. After release, she will be on Post-Prison Supervision (which is like parole) - she'll know how long (the length of time was ordered at her sentencing). Usually, the release date posted on the DOC website is the correct one and won't change unless she gets in trouble and loses the good time or the time off for AIP.
