Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Users with email addresses from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com will no longer be able to use them to create a new account.
We have had a long-standing problems with these mail services and have found that it is almost impossible to send out account activations to new users who have Yahoo or AOL providers.

Please use an alternative email address; hotmail, gmail etc.

Volunteers needed

Volunteers needed! Volunteers of America is recruiting mentors to assist soon to be released offenders in the community they are going back to. The offenders are located at the Norfolk County House of Corrections. The mentor would commit 1 hour per week for 1 year and assist the offender in areas such as employment, housing, etc. Ex offenders are welcomed to be mentors as long as they have no open charges or recent charges.
