FL men that are warrant eligible

I was doing some research and came across this list of men that are eligable for warrants at any time. Supposedly the list is accurate as of Apr 7. This doesn't mean any of these people will have dates set because the governor has complete control over whose warrant he signs and when. I've even heard rumors that the current gov won't sign any warrants. So it is hard to say what, if anything this could mean. I interpret it as men that have exhausted (or nearly so) their appeals.
