ORCU Info Needed

My husband just got transferred to ORCU from Cummins too, does anybody have any newer information regarding this unit? He's not getting any information on how things work there and it's hard to find out anything from the outside. He had just come out of the hole at Cummins before he got transferred and he was supposed to get his class II status back in 90 days, now ORCU is stating his 90 days starts the day he got out of the hole, but that's not what Cummins indicated. Today he wanted to get stamped envelopes and the commissary wouldn't let him have any because he filled his form out in pencil and he didn't sign his full name. It's extremely frustrating when all the facilities do things different and they don't tell the inmates how things work. It's also very frustrating to try and find out things from the outside and all you get is lip service, they tell you what they know you want to hear and then don't do what they say they will or you don't ever get a straight answer in the first place. 4 months into this and it's wearing on me and him.
