Moeller's appeal re: drugs

"South Dakota's purchase of a lethal injection drug from India last month could further delay the execution of a man who raped and killed a 9-year-old Sioux Falls girl in 1990." The article is here.

The drug came from Kayem Pharm wich is not licensed to sell drugs in the US. The AG has stated on the record that this is where the drug came from. So this should an easy one--they were illegally bought so they can't be used!!
