So we did find out that he should be for sure elligble for house arrest in 2 years and 8 months, which is a ways off and god only knows what might change by then but as a mom of 3 and the bill payer, I need to know and I need to know this badly so if anyone knows please please answer..

to do house arrest here with me does he have to be on my rental lease?
I can not find that information anywhere, and I dont want to have a big shock when the time comes and find out he absoutely has to be on the lease to serve his house arrest at that address.

and also is 400-500 a month a reasonable expectation for house arrest fees at the current time in Carson City?
or well in Nevada in general?

My boyfriends roommate was on house arrest and he did not have to be on the lease. When I was on house arrest (in my own place with lease in my name) it was $30 a day, plus your monthly parole fees. He will need to have some kind of proof of residence, which is a bill in his name to his physical address. How this helps.

that was completely helpful, thank you sooo much! and I am glad you told about the bill so I will know to have that ready, and thank you for giving me a guesstimate on price and confirming he does not have to be on lease..
