It never ends, intensive control to regular population!!

He gets moved from "intensive control" to regular population!! really?? I was upset but nothing I can do, he will always have more rights than me!! Ive been keeping it all in, the anger that he is now free to do what he wants basically. Then last night he tried calling over and over, I wouldn't take the call. Came home called the prison and was told "they will talk to him. Just like last time, he will stop till he gets in the mood. Why would you put a man that is waiting trial for such serious sick crimes in "regular population", give him phone access. And im sure it wont belong before he writes me again. But why wouldn't he, last time he pulled this he got a slap on the wrist and he knows the laws enough to know all these misdemeanors will be thrown out when we go to court cause he has so many felonies. And of course it will continue forever!!!!
