Hopeful.. Can I visit if I'm the victim?

My man just got sentenced to 2 years in cdoc, he is currently at drdc for a little while longer, my question is what percentage will the approval of my visitation application carry if i am the victim for why he is serving his time? Do i even have a chance at visiting him, we are very much in love and together and all is forgiven.Please give me the low down on what i am to expect and how soon do you think he will be eligible for release?
