Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Are food portions being cut everywhere?

My husband is in Flathead County Jail on a revo and said in his last letter that the food portions that they are being given has been cut by a third. Does anyone have any idea if this is just Flathead or if this is happening in other facilitys? And why this is happening?
