Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

I transferred my probation from Florida to NC. I did 4 years in VA prison, been out on probation (in Florida) for 16 months, no trouble at all. Now NC probation is treating me like I am someone who keeps getting into trouble, they want to reclassify my probation. I was giving orders/guidelines from the Virginia court for what I am suppose to do. When I was in Florida, they said they could only do what Virginia ordered. Now I am in NC and they want me to do all this extra stuff. Can they do that? I thought the state where I was senteced had jurisdiction over me. Why is NC acting like I have just been released from NC prison? Does anyone have any advice? I thought all the BS was over with. I guess "once a criminal, always a criminal" is still true in some people's eyes. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
