Default MCIH "Possible Cell Phone Charge (HELP)"

If someone was incarcerated at "BCCC" and was "NOT" charged with the new cell phone detection crime, but, was caught with a phone ... How, is one able to identify, if the inmate will be charged ? Please note, that it has been 8 months, since the inmate was caught with the phone. And was punished for the crime, he was given 30 days of lock up with six months of lost visits.

He and has been given release papers, however, he is still awaiting the parole board. Can we identify whether or not, this crime may be a cause or condition, as to why, it is taking him so long to be released from MCIH ?

Could this punishment, become a charge, in a statue of time allocated ? Could this be a condition, as to why, he has not been released yet ?
I need answers to these questions ?? Fast ...

He has been patiently awaiting a parole hearing for the past several months. Other inmates are going home ... But he is still waiting ...

Another question is what is the status of limitations of being charged and becoming a warrant, if there is any ?? I was told it was a yay and a nay, is that true ?

My husband was at BCDC before being sent to Hagerstown. He was caught we a cell phone twice while at BCDC and they of course took his visits and restricted him to his cell. From what my husband told me cause I was so worried is, if they were going to charge him they would have held a hearing when it happend for contraband. If he didnt have a hearing and fully charged I would think he wouldnt b charged now. Now that does not mean the parole board will not use it against him. Depending on the crime and the seriousness of it, they could use it to hold him for a little while longer. Im praying for you sweety as that is my worst nightmare when parole comes.

I received contraband lettr from brockbridge a few months ago i had nevr been there either to visit my husband he had just been transfered there from epru but had some issues there with the facility administrator. I wrote a appeal and tried to fight the letter stating my visits r suspended for 18 months but it did no good.he only has about 10 mos. Left he was transfered today to metrpolitian transition center in baltimore which i know nothing about now i am back to waiting for a phone call. I know brockbridge they have lots of cell phones in there for inmates to buy.
