Hello everyone,

My name is Mizz Couper and I am from California. About two years ago my husband of 8 years was sentenced to 10 years in prision which was very devistating for me and my family. He owned up to his mistakes in the past and decided to take a plea bargain. I have three boys ages 10,10, and 7 although they miss him alot they are always asking questions to when they are able to see him again. After being convicted and sent to Donavan prision he was informed that he had been selected to serve his time out of state, which I felt was not best for me and my children. In July of 2010 I was scheduled to visit my husband before they sent him to another state, on the day of visitation right before traveling on the highway to visit him I recieved a letter from him stating that he had been transferred to another state which was Sayre, OK. This was one of the worst days of my life and also for my childrens because they did not see their father before he left. In addition the only thing I can do is stick by him send letters and pictures and conversate on the phone. I have to say this is one of the hardest things I have ever had to deal with. I am glad this site is here with others that are going through this rough time with their loved ones.
