Parole package?

Ok I have heard of something called a parole package what exactly is it and how do u get one? What are parole letters? Basically I wanna know what if anything I can do to help my man get parole! His is a non violent charge! He is up for parole 06/30/2012 and I love him and miss him so much I really really need him at home with me! So I need to know all about parole and about how to make it happen for him! And what if anything can he do to improve his chances of being paroled? Please help! I'm so lost here and I want to help my baby get out! He is currently at tyger river! Also what is a parole handbook and where do I find that? I really need some info and help on all of this!

This information is available on the website here (sometimes search engines aren't all that great or people wrote info in other messages) but I'll write it out again if someone would like to see the answers here.

I'm interested in reading it if its not too troubling for you. My LO is eligible for parole as of 11-29-11 so HOPEFULLY they will schedule the hearing soon. I have heard there's a back log, I just wish we knew how long it will be.
