Smile Intro--AZtentlife from Arizona

Hello,
I have tried to research what I can about what to expect in the Women's Tent City but some things haven't been answered that specifically relate to my situation. I was hoping to get some feed back: jail lingo, do's and don't, or anything else that you find to be helpful. Thank you.
I will be on the Work Furlough Program.
(What is up with the backpacks on the fence entering the tents?)

1) Are you allowed to leave work for anything, for example; doctor's appointments, lunch, attend AA meetings, grocery store, etc.
2) Not tented prescription glasses? My prescription glasses automatically tent. Would I be allowed to bring these in... or have to walk around blind. (well maybe walking around blind might be better j/k)
Women Help...
3) If you are on Work Furlough, how do you manage to take a shower and get ready?
4) I have to dress professional at work but I don't think they will let me walk in/out in a dress and heals. (I don't think that this is the best choice.)
5) How long of the process is it to get your prescription medication?
