Hello All,

My Name Is Trisha and my Son is incarcerated in West Virginia. This happened on 8/19/11. He is a 3 hour drive from us or more if there is traffic. He was a passanger in the car he was pulled over in and arrested for a warrent that was just issued on 8/11/11 from maryland for VOP in Dorchester Co. Maryland. Yes he lives in Baltimore Co. My Son is 19. First time arrested was last July on his way to Ocean City, MD and took responsiblity for the pot in the car (there were 4 of them) His Friends (and I use that term loosely) bailed him out and off to the Ocean they continumed. He got PBJ, a fine and supervisied probation. Well he was arrested again this Feb. for poss. of pot again and put on unsupervisied probation for a year. Well, his probation officer just found out he Had a VOP. I guess it will be another six months when the second probation will find out he just broke it again in WV because again he is charged with pot. 3rd time in 14 MONTHS!

No I did not bail him out! He needs to do time served in WV and be done with that State just to come home to Maryland and go right into jail here and get that straighten out.

This is the frist time my son has ever been in jail other than arrested, booked and released. After a week in he was jumped, beat unconscious, and was still being beat on after he was out cold. He had to be taken to the Hospital. The Guilt I feel for not bailing him out is UNREAL! Daily my emontions are all over the place! He has been in Medical for the last 6 days now in Protective Custody and to be moved to a smaller unit or Teir or what ever they call it, of 25. As he was told this guys 3 friends are waiting on him, since he went missing he is considered a "Snitch". Which he refussed to do, but they know who did it because I called and asked what the hell is going on? That's all I can do so far away!

My Son needs to learn a lesson but not at the expence of his physical being. After this is over I will be taking him to specialist's since he is still on our health insurance. Even after a week his right shoulder is still badly swollen. But he can now move it.

Ok, I am sorry for such a long post. I am excited, I get long in the tooth just thinking about my boy being beat so bad and start to cry all over again!
