Thank you for sharing this. It's so important that the children understand that they are not personally responsible for their parent's incarceration. They too often feel that the parent is absent because they are not love-able, and the thought of that is heartbreaking. I think it's great to hear everyone talking about taking their children in and discussing both the pros and cons of the situation. It is of course, going to be challenging on a child. But in the end, the truth as well as the time spent between the child and their father is incredibly important.
