Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Users with email addresses from yahoo.com, yahoo.co.uk and aol.com will no longer be able to use them to create a new account.
We have had a long-standing problems with these mail services and have found that it is almost impossible to send out account activations to new users who have Yahoo or AOL providers.

Please use an alternative email address; hotmail, gmail etc.

Default 30 Days in L.A county!! Felony
Its my first offense felony which is carrying deadly weapon.
I have been sentenced to 30 days in L.A county jail.

I would like to know if the 10% rule is going to apply to my situation.

Im international student of another country.

That is a question you should ask your lawyer or Public Defender whichever represented you.

If you're sentence is for X amount of days in county jail, typically you will serve that amount. Getting time off usually only applies to misdemeanors and prison sentences.
