Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

How can I get info when he can't have visits or make calls?

How do you find out when his trial date is if they can't have visitors for the first 30 days? When can they receive mail? He can't call me cause I only have a cellular phone. Do they get writing material when they get there? Are they only allowed to make calls they can't write? Stressing over O'ahu Community Corrections Center!
