I was watching when the verdict was read. Conrad Murray's expression never seemed to change...until they handcuffed him. Then he looked like he wanted to throw up.

Was he sentenced to 4 years? Haven't been up to date on the news the last couple of days.

Default sentencing is scheduled for the end of November

He will surely do time, and not just get probation. They put the handcuffs on him right away, and led him out of the courtroom.

I'm glad the jury came to this decision -- the evidence was, really, a 'mountain of evidence' though we've heard that phrase before, and didn't get the outcome expected.

Propofol is not designed for in-home use. It is designed to be used in a surgical suite, with all the proper monitoring. So the repeated use, without practicing standard of care, got Dr. Murray convicted. He'll lose his California medical license as well.
