Mail hold up at Robertson Unit TX Prison

Hey guys

Does anyone happen to know if the mail is running slow at Robertson or if there is a lockdown or anything? I can't talk to D on the phone so I never know if anything is going on there or not. Any info is appreciated

booo haha It's 2011, HOW isn't the postal service faster than it is lol How long do you usually have to wait for your letters? I'm in Canada, so sometimes i have to wait almost a month!

Holy cow. I would go nuts if I had to wait that long. 4 days is long enough for me. It's the mail at the unit itself.

lol yeah, it's brutal. I am living back at home (just outta college), and where I am now the mail moves very slow.. Where I was for school, I would get his letters sometimes the same week he sent them

I usually email him thru jpay. Then he writes snail mail.

sometimes if hes been in trouble they take longer than the 2 days. i just complain they have been getting bad with my husbands mail taking almost a whole week to send it out or a week to give him mine.

Just this past week my mail was all messed up i didn't get anymail till thrusday i always get mail on monday wed, thrus, friday and sat, but they are messing everything up i was suppose to get a picture from my husband on wed but i didn't get it till sat, and got all the rest of the mail on friday i was mad.

I haven't had any delays in my mail. Receiving anyways. Not sure about him getting my letters. If he sends a letter I almost always get it 2 days later unless he mails on Friday. I will get that one on Monday.

I always get his mail two days later and he gets my mail three days later, but I mostly use Jpay so he gets it the same day.
