I am going through the same as you and it hurts and is horrible but ill tell you something you wont do yourself any good by sitting indoors on your own crying! You need your friends/family at this time... go out no matter how much you dont want to. I garantee it will make you feel so much better.. Or go to the gym, go shopping, housework, go for a walk, have a night out with your girlie friends? anything!! The days i stay at home is a bit different i have a toddler that i run around after all day and then end up tidying up all night so dont get much time to be depressed.. But i have my moments.. Just keep your chin up he will be coming home soon, how long is his sentence?

I FELT THE SAME WHEN HE FIRST GOT BUSTED YEAR(S) AGO LIKE HIS FAMILY COULD CARELESS I FELT SO ALONE THEN I REALIZED IT WASNT THAT THEY DIDNT CARE IT JUST WAS HARDER TO STAY FOCUS JUST BEING SAD I ONCE ASKED MY MOTHER IN LAW IF SHE MISSED HIM. SHE REPLIED OF COURSE I DO BUT LIFE MUST GO ON . WHICH I WAS HAPPY TO HEAR HER SAY THAT BECAUSE THOSE WORDS MEANT SO MUCH TO ME. I DONT GET SAD LIKE I USE TO ANYMORE THANKS TO HER WORDS. LIFE DOES GO ON, THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO IS STAY BUSY DRIFT ON THE GOOD TIMES WHEN YOU BOTH SPENT OUT HERE. IT ALWAYS WORKS FOR ME . I STAY BUSY WITH SCHOOL, WORK PLUS SPENDING ALOT OF TIME WITH MY FAMILY. STAY STRONG WE ARE ALL HERE IN THE SAME SITAUTION SOME WITH LESS TIME SOME WITH MORE . EITHER WAY WE ALL BEEN THROUGH IT ...

Going to church and reading my bible, staying in the word of God.
Surrounding myself with wonderful people. (Supportive people )
Helping others when possible
And constantly talking about my husband, not an hour goes by in my house where my girls and i don't mention something about him or look at his pictures.
He has been gone over 8 months
& believe me there has been plenty of tears this holiday so far!
We MISS HIM!
