Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Default Good news.. I think
Well we were hoping all of his charges were gonna get thrown out bc he was violated of his rights. He was originally charged with 2 counts of simple possession and 3 counts of resisting arrest. Now he's only getting charged with one attempt to posses. Which carries to the max 2 1/2 years. So his actual max would be 15 months. But he's got a good judge and things are looking really good. So hopefully the DA and judge are in Xmas spirits in dec 15!! I'm so ready for this to be over!! I thought I was gonna be bailing him out on dec 16, cause that's his release
Date (doing time for violation of parole). Guess I'll be saving my money instead of bonding him!

Thanks. Now the attorney wants me to get up in front the judge and talk about his qualities, etc. I'm so frickin nervous. Omg.

Almost got the 2 1/2, till the judge read my letter. She sentenced him to 1 year! Which means 5 1/2 months to go. Not sure if time is ran concurrent or consecutive. She kept going back n forth. So now I gotta wait a few weeks and see what was filed. Not sure if there's anyway to find out right away?
