I agree stay busy. Also try to not focus on the amount of time we have left. I would always say 9 yrs left that is so long and it seemed to stress me even more so instead I talk about all the things were gonna do when he comes home. I also enrolled in a extra class to occupy my wondering mind. Keep your head held high and a friend told me do the time do let the time do me.. Hope it gets better soon

Keeping a journal helps me a whole lot. That way I have a place to say whatever I want positive or negative and there are no consequences. It just gives me a chance to get things off of my chest.

I do try to stay busy I have currently went to working graveyards as night is the loneliest time and that has helped some I will be going to visit Christmas weekend and that will help we have only had letters lately and not hearing his voice has made me feel very disconnected but on the positive side another day has passed and we are a day closer to him coming home we have filed his appeal and it was approved late October so hopefully we will hear something soon just gotta keep praying
