Default Infections at Rockingham County

Hello. my boyfriend is currently at rockingham county and I'm concerned about all the conditions there and the overcrowded unsanitary providing a hotbed for numerous infections including staph, tuberculosis, influenza, various skin infections, hep c, etc etc etc

I am inquiring if anyone has any information on nh health statistics in the facilities and more so what kind of screenings do they do when someone is released from jail? do they check for all infections? I certainly want him to be tested before I'm with him as I dont want to catch anything...anyone with experience of this please let me know THANK YOU!!
