Notice to new members intending to register - from January 9th 2012

Please be aware that, due to difficulties arising from issues with Yahoo and AOL, we have changed our registration requirements.

Need info on getting married in North Carolina

My boyfriend is in mountain view correctional institution. He asked me to marry him 2 weeks ago, I'm not sure how or what I need to do or have him do so we can. What I can an can't wear. Please help!
