Parole question

Ive just been informed that my childs father made parole this month... How long does it usually take for them to be released from jail and come home? He said someone will come and inspect the house and no one has yet, we've known for about a week now that hes been approved for parole... Ive heard that after the inspection has been done and approved then he will be released 4-6 weeks afterwards.. but i just heard that from a friend and was wondering if that was logical.... Thanks

It's more so that it takes four to six weeks for them to approve the residence and then he'll be home within a week after that. Getting the approval is the longest and hardest part. Just keep on them and keep hoping that they'll get off of their asses and do their job.
