Hi everyone. My name is Becky and my boyfriend is still currently in county jail awaiting trial but we know he is going to prision.

He is facing first degree robbery, second degree assualt and 25 traffic tickets.

Im currently 10 weeks pregnant and im so scared and nervous about having to go through this. He has already served 4 years in prision for assualt before, so he does have a record. Any advice, suggestions would be absolutly wonderful!

Welcome to PTO! It's unfortunate you have to go through this but you will fin everyone here to be super helpful and can be your shoulder to cry on. All you can do is be supportive and wait, and make sure you take care of yourself above everything else for that baby.

The 25 traffic tickets probably won't affect much, but the prior record will hurt him. Good luck and best wishes. Good character witnesses at sentencing might help to some extent.

Have people that know him send in letters etc. may help?
