Hello, I am very new to this and will probably be asking a lot of questions. My boyfriend's sentencing hearing is the day after tomorrow and I still don't know if he will be charged with a felony or a misdemeanor or whether we're talking about 45 days in the county jail or 3 years in prison.

We've been fighting like crazy about every stupid little thing to keep from having to think about or talk about the future. If he won't talk to me about the tough questions, I need to find someone else who will, preferably someone who has BTDT!
