Care Packages in Va

I read that Va can get care packages twice a year. Can anyone tell me when and what I need to do to send one. I mean like what can we send or how much????????????

They have them in the spring & @ Christmas, they basically get a sheet with what items they can get and you can either order online or by mail and the vendor delivers them to the prison and they are given out. i'm not sure the dollar amount max.
